on Sunday my Ac stopped working. I called 3hac and they scheduled a tec for Monday AM. Nick Harvey showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. The AC had frozen due to a bad motor. He checked if it was under warranty, it was. He went to get a new motor and came back and installed it. Nick was pleasant and courteous and very knowledgeable. I have been part of their membership program for a while and I always feel like they are doing honest work and not trying to overcharge me for things I don’t need. They get to you quickly and have weekend hours for emergencies. Liam has been out a couple of times and is very nice and efficient. The owner, Brian, takes care of his customers and so does his team.
