3H AC is a family-owned and operated business. Our Tampa, Florida location is looking for a Top Tier Commercial & Residential HVAC Service Technician.
– Must have Service Technician experience. We will also need to provide occasional commercial unit installation assistance.
** Must have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC-R industry. Also, MUST be knowledgeable of LOW VOLTAGE wiring, fluent with controls, and fluent with MULTI-ZONE systems. **

Hiring Bonus
Top Service Technician Pay – Based on experience
Regular raises based on performance
Bonuses for selling D.O.A. R22 systems that are confirmed non-repairable
HVAC Technician Requirements:
HVAC Technician must have EPA certification
5 or more years’ experience as a Residential and/or Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Refrigeration experience is preferred
Good Driver’s License record (required for insurance purposes)
A Team Player is a must (be able to jump in where needed)
Must be fluent in the English Language
NATE Certification is a Plus!
HVAC Technician Benefits:
Health and Dental after 60 days (Health is partially paid for by the company)
1-week vacation during the first year, 2 weeks at years 2-5, and 3 weeks after 5 years

Pay: $15.00 – $33.00 per hour
